Thom brings over a decade of experience across field operations, paid media, and fundraising for municipal, legislative, and statewide campaigns. A former Executive Director of the Utah Democratic Party, he launched the party’s first coordinated campaign in nearly a decade. His past leadership includes serving as State Field Director for Landslide Political and a Senior Account Manager at Blueprint Public Affairs, where he managed field programs that successfully flipped key State House and Senate seats. Thom recently started his second term on the Millcreek City Council.

Shayla provides extensive experience in field strategy, communications, and national advocacy. Her background includes serving as a Field Organizer for the Utah Democratic Party and Communications Director for the Alaska Democratic Party. Previously, Shayla held national leadership roles as President of the Young Democrats of Oregon and Western Regional Policy and Advocacy Director for Young Democrats of America, where she developed specialized expertise in multi-state campaign strategy and coordinated messaging.

A native rural Utahn, Talin has deep expertise in campaign operations, nonprofit leadership, and rural organizing. As the former Municipal Director and Interim Executive Director of the Utah Democratic Party, she led critical candidate recruitment and training efforts. Talin is dedicated to strengthening county party infrastructure and overseeing day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on providing the necessary tools and support for candidates and organizers working outside of urban centers.
