Thom brings more than a decade of experience across fundraising, paid communications, field operations, and campaign strategy. His work spans municipal, county, legislative, statewide, and ballot measure races. He served as Executive Director of the Utah Democratic Party, where he oversaw statewide strategy, operations, and compliance, and launched the party's first coordinated campaign in nearly a decade. Before that he worked at Blueprint Public Affairs, where he acted as general consultant for dozens of campaigns and organizations up and down the ballot. Thom has managed direct mail fundraising programs for candidates, party committees, and nonprofit organizations.

Shayla brings extensive experience in communications, field strategy, and advocacy across multiple states and sectors. She served as Communications Director for the Alaska Democratic Party and as a Field Organizer for the Utah Democratic Party. She has held national leadership roles as President of the Young Democrats of Oregon and Western Regional Policy and Advocacy Director for Young Democrats of America, where she developed and coordinated messaging and advocacy programs across a broad coalition of state organizations. Shayla brings particular depth in communications strategy for organizations navigating complex political and policy environments.

Talin is a native of rural Utah with deep experience in campaign operations, nonprofit leadership, and rural organizing. He served as both Municipal Director and Interim Executive Director of the Utah Democratic Party, where he led candidate recruitment and training, strengthened county party infrastructure, and oversaw day-to-day party operations. Talin brings particular expertise in supporting organizations and campaigns operating outside urban centers — building programs that work in communities where resources are lean and relationships matter most.
